1. Programmable Motion Controllers
INVT's intelligent motion controllers are designed for medium and large-scale automation architectures requiring high-speed processing and precise axis synchronization:
- AX Series (AX70, AX71, AX80): High-performance multi-axis controllers supporting EtherCAT for real-time synchronization. Supports electronic cam, electronic gear, positioning, interpolation, and is programmed in standard CODESYS environments.
2. PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
INVT PLCs offer versatile fieldbus options, modular expansions, and high reliability:
- IVC1L & IVC3 Series PLCs: High-performance micro-PLCs integrating information technology, advanced motion logic control, and flexible communication options (RS485, CANopen, Ethernet). Supports linear/arc interpolation and up to 8 high-speed pulse outputs (up to 200 kHz).
3. HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces)
For visualization and parameter adjustments, INVT provides user-friendly displays:
- VS, VT, and VK Series HMI: High-definition touch panels from 4.3" to 15" with rich connectivity (Ethernet, serial, USB). Allows direct parameter tuning, alarm history, and remote monitoring of PLCs and servo drives.
4. Servo Systems
For precise positioning and dynamic speed adjustments:
- AC General Servo System (DA180, DA200 Series): Excellent dynamic response, supporting EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus, and pulse-direction signals. Combined with high-efficiency servo motors for high-precision manufacturing.
- Hydraulic & Dedicated Servos: Optimized for injection molding machines and metal pressing applications.
